Appointments
We care about our patients and will make every effort to accommodate your requests for appointments. In most circumstances we can make your appointment within a few days of your fall; we will also make every effort to get you in on the same day when the problem is more urgent. WE have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our web site. You may also leave a message on our answering machine at our regular office phone number at any time and your call will be returned as soon as we return to the office. If for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, we would appreciate your calling us as soon as possible, so that we may offer the appointment time to someone in need.

Insurance
Our office accepts and participates with most insurances. If yours is not listed here, please call us to verify participation with your plan.

Payment Options
Payment of insurance copays and payment for non-covered items are expected at the time of the visit. Additional payments may be required after your insurance has processed your claim. All payments may be made in Cash, Check, Debit Cards, Master Card or Visa. If you are not covered by any insurance, we do offer a cash discount if all services are paid in full on the day of the visit. Payment arrangements can be made if you are unable to pay the full amount.

We take pride in the attention we take in the details. We maintain a high level of cleanliness. All instruments are cleaned and run through a thorough sterilization process with very use. Your health and protection is always on our minds. we are equipped in our office to take care of all your foot and ankle needs. We offer on site X-ray facilities, LASER equipment, whirlpool, ultrasound therapy, and blood flow detection equipment.
